Career guidance process
Our group career guidance process is designed to offer intensive and personalized support, combining individual and group sessions to maximize your personal and professional development.
This course is limited to a maximum of 7 participants, creating an intimate and encouraging environment where everyone can explore their professional aspirations and goals.
How it works
01. Individual assessment session (1 hour)
Initial assessment : the school guidance counselor and
professional will begin with a thorough assessment of your
academic and professional background, your skills, as well as your
your interests and aspirations.
Definition of objectives : together, you will define clear objectives
for the orientation process and identify specific areas on
which you want to work on.
02. First group session (2 hours)
Introduction and objectives : presentation of the course and objectives of the group sessions. Each participant briefly shares their journey and their expectations.
Self-awareness : activities and discussions to explore your values, interests, and professional motivations. Group work to identify common traits and differences.
03. Second group session (2 hours)
Exploration of skills and social styles : taking the TRIMA test, which analyzes your social styles and professional skills.
Interactive workshops : group activities to discover how your skills can be highlighted in different professional contexts.
04. Third group session (2 hours)
Collective assessment : each participant summarizes their journey and their discoveries throughout the process. The advisor helps each member formulate a concrete action plan to achieve their professional goals.
Feedback : Open discussion where participants share their experiences, ask questions, and offer constructive feedback to each other.
05. Individual assessment session (1 hour)
Results Analysis : The advisor will interpret the TRIMA test results with you, helping you understand your strengths, your development opportunities, and how they may align with your career goals.
Action plan : you will put in place a concrete action plan based on the discoveries made during the group sessions and the results of the TRIMA test.
