Our co-management leadership program is designed to develop leadership skills in participants. This intensive 21-hour course, combining face-to-face and virtual sessions, allows leaders to understand and apply the principles of transformational leadership and Polyvagal Theory, while benefiting from the effectiveness of group coaching.

Your leadership coach
Cristyna Parent
With a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in counseling and orientation psychology, as well as 3 years of university training in psychotherapy, Cristyna is very passionate about everything related to understanding humans. , of his psyche, his unconscious, his biology as well as his infinite power of healing and creation.
Cristyna acts as a leader coach, conflict mediator, trainer and advisor to organizations on themes such as the development of transformational leadership, the prevention of incivility and conflicts at work, psychological safety, collective intelligence, and well-being in employment.
Cristyna has experienced the intervention with groups and work teams from different countries. She has led team buildings and team diagnostics in Europe and the United States, which gives her solid expertise in group intervention both in crisis situations and in continuous improvement.

We offer ongoing monitoring to support the integration of learning into their daily practice.
