About

EMDR group therapy is an innovative approach to overcoming trauma and emotional difficulties following a trying situation

Our intensive EMDR therapy service offers small group sessions (maximum of 5 participants), spread over two consecutive mornings offering sustained and comprehensive support and helping you quickly achieve your goals.

There is no sharing of difficult experiences. The only possible sharing between participants is linked to the installation of positive resources.

The group consists of two phases of therapy, divided into two parts: resource installation phase and reprocessing phase. Group process over two half-days: Monday and Tuesday morning (the same week).

Before the first intervention phase, we meet with participants individually to discuss their life history.
