EMDR group intensive formula

Our intensive EMDR therapy service offers small group sessions (maximum of 5 participants), spread over two consecutive mornings (Monday and Tuesday). The program includes two phases: installation of resources and reprocessing of memories. Before the group begins, each participant meets with a speaker to discuss their life story and complete questionnaires. Intense sessions include emotion management and grounding techniques, and each participant works individually on their targets under the guidance of the speaker. Individual post-group follow-up is also planned to assess progress and provide additional guidance if necessary.
